Request Assistance

We are accepting applications
for our Student Support Program and Disaster Relief  based on available funding.

 

Requests are taken on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of each week.

Parents and/or legal guardians or other family members cannot apply!

Our requirements for applying for assistance under our Student Support Program includes the following:

  1. Requestor must be a member of NCAE, employed by the public school system, and/or government contracted
  2. Requestor must work in the school that the student attends
  3. The student must be enrolled in public school system (K-12)

The following information is required to start an application for assistance:

  1. The requestor’s position in the school
  2. The requestor’s daytime contact telephone number
  3. The requestor’s work email address
  4. The nature of the request
  5. The student’s name and grade level
  6. The name of the school and its complete mailing address

This program provides assistance with costs for clothing, shoes, eyeglasses (or eye exams), dental expenses, prescriptions, school supplies, surgeries, hearing aids, field trips, as well as application fees to take to SAT, etc.
